Prices
All costs are per person, based on twin share, and are subject to price increases based on availability.

Payments
A deposit of $500 per person is required at the time of confirmation. Final payment is due by the 20th of December 2011 or immediately if bookings are made after this date.

Amendments
All amendments will incur a charge of $50 per person. No changes are allowed within 30 days of the event.

Cancellation Fees
In the event that a reservation is cancelled, then cancellation fees will apply as follows:

Cancellation after deposit received - Loss of deposit
Cancellation between 45-60 days of departure - 50% of package cost
Cancellation within 45 days of departure - 100% of package cost
Airfares - Once paid and ticketed, all airfares are subject to airline cancellation charges and are non-refundable. In certain cases, changes maybe able to be made subject to availability and amendment fees.

Travel Insurance
We recommend travel insurance be taken to cover for unforeseen circumstances. Please ask your consultant for details.
