CLIPSAL 500 ADELAIDE - BOOKING CONDITIONS

Prices
All costs are per person (based on twin share) and are subject to price increases based on availability.

Payments
A 20% deposit is required within 3 days of confirmation for all Clipsal bookings, and if flights are required passengers will need to pay for their airfares at the same time (unless they are from the group allocations). Final balance is due by 22 January 2010, however for any last minute bookings made after this day, full payment will be required at confirmation.

Amendments
All amendments will incur a $50 charge. No changes to bookings will be allowed within 30 days of the event.

Cancellation Fees
In the event that a reservation is cancelled, cancellation fees will apply. Packages - Cancellation after deposit received - loss of deposit.
Cancellation between 60 and 45 days before the event - 50% of total package cost.
Cancellation within 45 days of travel - 100% of total cost.
Airfares - Once paid and ticketed, all airfares are subject to Airline cancellation conditions and are non-refundable. In certain cases, changes may be made, subject to availability and amendment fees.
